Department of Health and Social Services speakers at the 2019 Delaware Rural Health Initiative Conference included Secretary Kara Odom Walker, Division of Public Health Director Dr. Karyl Rattay and Elizabeth Romero, Director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. More than 120 people attended the annual event focused on health issues in Kent and Sussex counties in Delaware.
