Delaware is applying for a State Innovation (1332) Waiver to establish a reinsurance program that would significantly lower premiums in the individual health insurance market, including the Health Insurance Marketplace. As part of the public comment period, which extends through June 29, the plan is posted on the websites of the Department of Health and Social Services and the Department of Insurance.
