The Primary Care Collaborative, co-chaired by Sen. Bryan Townsend, Rep. David Bentz and Dr. Nancy Fan, Chair of the Delaware Health Care Commission, released its long-term recommendations to support primary care providers. The collaborative was created through Senate Bill 227, which aims to strengthen primary care through a series of changes, including requiring insurers to reimburse primary care physicians and other front-line practitioners at the Medicare rate for the next three years.
